The support I needed…
I participated in a small group coaching cohort and it was such a cleansing experience spiritually and physically. Having a guide and a support group to help with meal prepping, fitness ideas, and daily uplifting positive encouragement definitely made the 31 days much easier. Not only are you challenging your body and mind but it also enabled me to focus on more personal objectives for myself beyond the 31 days. I got the push I needed to really tune in on what truly makes me happy professionally and personally as well as how to find peace in a somewhat hectic life.

No Judgement zone…
