Press Play! 100 reps in 10 minutes! We know its hard to fit in an hour training during this time so enjoy our exercise routine for all fitness levels. This routine can be repeated 3-5x in order to burn maximum calories but is really meant for a quick burst of energy! (substitute a stair instead the park ledge) It is a full body workout that can be done in only 10 minutes even as the little ones run around you!!
